I'm motivated by topics that I find challenging, and even more so by topics I know nothing about. Like every creative person, tighter deadlines for me are inversely proportional to creative outflow. 😁

I prefer freedom of expression & speech in my work. Peace and quiet, and a small drop of Kishore Kumar songs are just what I need to give clients the best results on their projects.

Above all, the thing that drives my work engine the most, and motivates me to write better, is genuine feedback from clients, whether positive or critical. (But mostly positive 😅)
